Dial Gauge (10mm) holder for Anet A8

Here is a version of my Dial-gauge holder remix, with a 10mm spigot hole. Use a 3mm nut and bolt to secure the spiggot. I added 3mm holes which you might be able to use to fix to the lower bar, but i've not tested this.
