Mechanical Pencil / Pen holder for Moleskine Notebook

Remix of my composition notebook pencil holder(http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1767162) to work with the cardstock covered Moleskine notebook that I've started using recently.

The ID is 13mm and there is a thin area of the wall for the pencil's clip, which keeps it nicely in place.
