Walker's Over-Engineered Torsion Catapult 2.0 (Wide-Body)

This is the wide-body version of my modified SEEJ torsion catapult. I think it's much better!

The width matches the length of an average rubber band much more closely, so you don't waste twists taking up slack before you can build tension.
