Wade extruder J-head fan mount

Fan mount for J-head version of Wade extruder (50mm). For 40mm fan. You will need two M4 screws and nuts to mount the part and two M3 screws and nuts to mount the fan.

Added air duct that cools the upper part of hot end (cold end). It makes it really cool, if you use additional radiators...
