GearOrnament 80mm w/ Cap & Hanger

I really liked the Gearornament by @BenitoSanduchi but wanted one a wee bit smaller so I scaled it down to 80mm height (just over 3 inches) and modified the cap and hanger by @lidsdad to fit the smaller Gearornament.

Printed @ 0% infill (hollow) with 2 or 3 shells
