6mm to 8mm adapter

Not really related to Nut Embiggenator, but I thought I'd make some improvements.

makes it easy to swap out your 5/16 or 8mm rods with 6mm rods that have 1mm pitch which works better mathematically and removed banding in my prints due to rounding errors.
