Mild Taser (shock toy)

This is a voltage converter taken out of an alarm clock that has been used to increase the voltage of 2 1.5v AAA batteries to the point it can be felt. The voltage converter normally decreases 120V to 9v. So for any electrical engineers out there who can figure out what 3v would be converted to if you ran the current though it backwards, knock yourself out, becaue I have no clue what the output is on this thing. Can also connect a 9 volt battery, but the shock is a bit painful.
