Kossel E3D bowden effector

I based my design off of Johann's standard effector to fit the E3D hotend. I wanted to recess it as far as I could while keeping the autolevel probe. This uses the standard autolevel probe mount but with a added hole to use teflon tube to support the probe from wobbling. I use the standard teflon tube for 1.75mm filament and ream it out to accomidate a 2mm allen key as the probe. This gives you about 3mm of travel from the hotend tip to the deployed probe tip. The config.h settings are 20mm
