FT-5 E3D-v6 8MM Hidden Fan Mount

I designed a new extruder setup for the E3D-v6 on the Folgertech FT-5 to hide the fan underneath the hardware so it won't be in the way and bump into the supports on the side of the FT5.
I made this with a larger fan in order to help increase the cooling and prevent heat creep.
