Foot Massage Roller

I downloaded Strooders "massage roller" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1682234) and loved it, but it was a bit too pokey to really break up any adhered muscles or scar tissue. So I fired up Tinker Cad and designed on that I felt would break up adhesion with rounded nubs off set a bit on each row, I must admit that the design works better than I had thought!
