I redesigned and made this X-carrriage based on the original part that came with my AO-101 (https://www.lulzbot.com/support/ao-pillow-block-x-carriage).
It is worth mentioning that my printer is a Lulzbot A0-101, and when I bought it from the previous owner, it had the hotend E3D v5 fitted. However the E3D Moulded Fan Duct for the V5 did not fit, as there was not enough clearance and this little 30x30x10 fan was attached to the heatsink using a couple of plastic ties. Functional but...
