snowblower tarp clip

This is a clip to hold a tarp onto 1.5" diameter snowblower handles. In the northern climes, we don't all have room to keep a snowblower in the garage. For those kept outside, this clip will hold a thin plastic tarp cleanly to the handlebars of a snowblower - or indeed, any thin item to 1.5" diameter pipes.
