Obihai Obi200 Mount

I wanted a mount for my newly purchased Obihai obi200 VOIP device. I had an ideal place to mount it on the side of a cabinet/desk using adhesive (3M Command) strips. I also wanted an opening to see the status LEDs. It's not meant to be decorative but simply a mount to keep the device out of the way when in operation.
