Made this a while ago when I Bought a decently cheap tripod (Chinese brand of some sort) and found myself in need of more quick release plates to quickly change gear on tripod. So I created one based on the original design, omitting some fine and unnecessary details. Rough sizing is about 11mm height, 39mm width, and 49mm in length.
