Samsung Tablet Mount for SEEK Thermal Camera

I recently purchased a SEEK thermal camera to use with my phone but I determined that my phone does not support OTG. I have an old Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (model GT-P5210) that does support OTG, so I could still use the camera. SEEK has their software setup to only work in Portrait Mode. It is intended for phones and the micro-USB jack is typically on the base of the phone. My tablet has its micro USB jack at the base in Landscape mode. This made for some very confusing images from the camera.
