DIY Christmas lights for a small table-top tree

Well, it's probably not worth it to make these lights yourself, since they're really cheap nowadays. But I had some free time and a bunch of cycling RGB LEDs (similar to [this](https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11450)) with no idea what to do with them, other than this, so why not.
