Low-profile Wanhao Pulley Stabilizer w/zip-tie

I really liked bpainter's original design for this stabilizer because I did not want to drill into my frame, but my one issue with it was that the bed carriage would bump it when I would get close to y-max. I have remixed it to use a zip-tie to clamp down on the frame and provide a little extra clearance. The bed carriage will ever so slightly scrape the zip-tie, but it is much further into the travel of the bed and has much less impact.
