Log Spiral woodworking clamp

This is a customizable woodworking clamp cam. Log spirals can be used to hold a piece in one direction against thrust. Force is transferred directly to the hub since the tangent is always perpendicular to the radius. This is best used as a pair in opposite orientations to oppose bidirectional movement. If used as two pairs, immobilizes an object in the xy plane.

The low profile is useful with 2.5D router tables
