Customizable Pool Cue Holder

I found this pool cue holder and I liked the idea of branding it. I wanted to contribute and help make it easier for others to brand it with their own style so I remixed this into a scad that is customizable.

I toyed with the idea of adding the option of up to three lines but figured I'd put it out there as is first.

Note that regarding the height, negative will be engraved and positive values will be embossed. Also, see this thing for other details including print settings.
