PSU low profile fan adapter (60mm to 120mm)

Mind you: you are probably better of buying a decent new PSU, but if you're as stubborn as I am, read on....

I wanted to replace the noisy fan in my CTC PSU but didn't find a quiet 60mm 24V fan in a decent price range and with the same dB (sound) levels as normal for the quiet 120mm PC fans. Since I already had the 120mm fan I decided to make this adapter to place the fan on the outside over the fan vent after removing the original PSU fan.
