I designed this to be a template for cutting a 1/8th inch (3mm) aluminum sheet. It could be printed as well . I will create a duct for the single fan model when I have fabricated the carriage. If the cooling is sufficient I mostly not design a duct for the rear.
As you can see its not as bulky as it looks, and compared to my current setup with a 70mm fan blocking my view this looks a lot neater.
