KK2.0 Flight Controller + Case - Version 2

Here is the V2 of the KK2.0 Case :
Now the fixation is made by M3 screws where the KK2.0
get fixed by the upper and lower part of the case.
In English from French : "the KK2.0 is took in Sandwich" :-)
The global thickness of the case was 1.5 mm, now it's 2mm.
Each part got some new dimensions or design.
Global dimensions are : 57x57x14.5mm

Hope the KK2.0 board fit inside this new case
At the moment i haven't got the KK2.1 board,
So I can't make a design for it.
