Trinamic evaluation card support

This is a first version for Trinamic evaluation card like the Startrampe and associated card ( see www.trinamic.com for more information)

I try these parameters :

1 ) With Premium Black PLA :

Slice : 0.2mm

Fill : 15%

2 ) With Black Flex ( In progress) :

Slice : 0.1mm

Fill : 15%
