Prusa i3 MK2 LCD cover without estop button

Sometimes I would accidentally push the estop button while printing which would kill my print . This part is my solution. It is just the original LCD cover but without the button. If crap hits the fan, just flip the power switch. This is a remix from Prusa Research.
