Tiny Parts Trays (+Lid and Shell)

Exploring parts trays and evolving a few options around Thingiverse. These divided trays are nice and small. The basic shape originates with others who are making miniature cabinets of trays of various sizes and functions. Started remixing one tray from [@wkarraker](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1541729) - a 12-bin tray to get to this started.
