Glass clamp and heat bed for Mini Kossel

Recently I built a heat bed for my Mini Kossel printer. The heat bed was built based on [parate](https://github.com/parate/Mini-Kossel-Heatbed) project. I used 1mm aluminium only on top and other "layers" was cut from laminate (1mm thick) and 2mm cork.
