Had the problem that always the bad pla at the extruder is broken or in bowden is broken
Simple solution" 2 resistors 220 ohm in series" as 12v low power heating element.
With one piece ptfe hose.
The idea I have taken from the side with

Gives me 44 to 48 degrees and after the second prints the pla is not broken at the extruder or bowden
