Fuel gauge for nema 17 stepper motor

This is a fuel gauge that I originally cretaed as a joke but then realized that it had some legitimate uses. Use it with a nema 17 stepper motor to create a working analog fuel gauge, battery gauge or whatever else you want to monitor.
