Support fan clamp e3d

Basically I took the clamp from this e3d mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547706

I added the fan support greg made using freecad to model it directly onto the clamp.

It is designed to work with this fan mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:889274

I have not tested it yet, I should by tomorrow though.
