Minion Dave, cut, with gears on the inside

I liked the remix by iClint - but the empty insides were a bit boring, so I decided to decorate them. (Even though you usally see them only for a few seconds :-D)

I'd like to make them look somehow more interesting, but adding a few gears is usually where my abilities end :-/
I tried to add in a banana in his head - it's supposed to look as if the banana screwed up his brain-gearing, I'm not sure if I succeeded. I'm afraid the 0.6 nozzle seems to be too coarse for the level of detail needed.
