MKS GEN 1.4 clip brackets and fan holder

Here is my new model of a "MKS GEN" mainboard holder. It is developed to hold a MKS Gen 1.4. It is easy to fix the mainboard in use position and also fast to remove. Optimized for printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle.

V1.2 Added a top cover for 40 mm Fans. It has an open design for better cooling (because the board uses his PCB layers for cooling the power mosfets) and easy kabel management.

V1.1: Made some corrections. All holes are now "in line".
