Half Dome model

You can really see how Half Dome is a misnomer from this model. Hold it up to your eye for the classic valley view then compare to the actual shape. I guess "lumpy fin" didn't sound as romantic.

Made from 100% USGS certified DEM data. It is handy to see what you are in for if you attempt the half dome hike and you could print a copy to take along for the inevitable "are we there yet?" moments.
