Anycubic BLTouch & E3D V6 / Lite6 Effector

Just a quick effector modification to house a BLTouch & E3D V6 / Lite6

This is made from the original effector sourced from anycubic.

I've included my settings for repetier & the wiring layout. I mount the BL touch backwards just to keep the electronics away from heat from the hotend..

The hardware for the BL Touch is what is supplied with it. The new screws that secure the hotend are 15mm self taping hex keys, any 15mm should be fine. I left some tolerance for the screws to make there
