E3D Titan and Vulcano direct drive for C/D-Bot with DiiCooler and BLtouch

Made a remix of an already great design to add support for a DiiCooler. Fits the E3D vulcano only. Note that the Vulcano has a longer head then the v6. Because of this the BLtouch needs to mounted with longer screws and extra nuts.
