Spool Roller with 8mm diameter dowel

jthriller created some pretty dang good clamps to hold onto skateboard ball bearings. His original design required you to buy an 8mm diameter dowel for the bearings. This just adds a printable 10cm rod with diameter of 8mm.

Added a half dowel, in case you're having trouble printing the dowel as a whole. Rotate it to rest on the flat face and then print two. It might not roll work as well if you print as halves.
