E3D Chimera / Cyclops mount for Prusa i3 X-Axis carriage upgrade

This was designed to work with my set of upgraded parts for my Prusa i3 Steel.

It is the most basic mount, designed for the E3D Chimera or Cyclops and is designed to fit the upgraded X-carriage (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1991116)

Two versions are included - one mounts the heatsink and hotend lower down but uses longer mounting screws.
