Customizable award base with mount hole

I needed a custom award base that has a mounting hole for a statue (or anything you want to put onto the base). The `holeEnabled` customizer parameter allows you to print the base with or without the hole, and you can set its size with the `holeWidth`, `holeLength` and `holeDepth` parameters.
