Anet A8 - Fan hinge to acess extruder easier

To ease the acess to the extruder the fan can be lifted. A tip and die set + drilling is needed. The sensor support for the right side: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1911146

Be carefull when drilling the fan.

If you whant a design challange: A version which uses the holes of the fan would be grate, but it is triky to make it also printable in one piece.
