Duet mount & adapter

This mount can be used several ways. It was originally designed to adapt the Duet (any version) to the RAMBo mounting holes in the top of the SeeMeCNC Rostock MAX V3 printer. The square opening accommodates the cooling fan in the top. This mount can also be used to mount a Duet in other printers.
