Lulzbot taz 5 custom print-head plate

This isn't useful by itself; I just took the lulzbot printhead carriage plate and chopped it flat in preparation to try building a custom printhead.

NOTE THAT THIS IS LIKELY COMPLETELY USELESS TO EVERYONE!

... but if it's useful to you, then great. :-P
