Y-axis Belt Tension Mod (remix)

Remixed from Simhopp's simple yet effective design... I filled the hex nut recesses to create a solid backing (I like to see & have access to all fasteners), created notches for needle-nose pliers, then added a pressure foot which screws onto the end of any 3mm mechanical screw (you should have an extra M3 30 from your kit).
Not a big rework, just a couple tweaks I prefer. You may too.
