Neopixel 12 ring mount for Large Luxo Jr.

Mount accepts a 12-pixel Neopixel ring. Use the little screw-in clips from [the original mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1090945). I drilled out the screw holes a bit to take the screw I wanted.

Snaps in to the [Large Luxo Jr.](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:432648/#made) lamp bell. If you don't use sufficient layers, it may break upon insertion due to tight fit. I sanded the protrusion a little to help it go in easier.
