Ha, was a lot of work...3D Scan with Skanect Pro then edited mesh and combined it with the Angel Statue by rest crew http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:67949, added some text and printed it in white PLA, 0,15, raft & support with Makerware on a Makerbot Clone at 220C, speed 90mm/s...see, it takes a while...
Scale it to any size! The small one is printed with 0.1 layer
