TEVO Tarantula Control Board Cover

This is a modified cover for the Tarantula´s control board. I´m using a blower fan to cool the stepper drivers and have added a window that allows easy acces to the screw terminals. There is one version for a 5015 blower fan (great airflow) and one version for a 4020 blower fan (less airflow -> really quiet).
