Sunhokey Prusa i3 direct drive upgrade kit addtional

I've created a few additional parts to work with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1208398 and also modified the hotend blower to better fit my version of Sunhokey Prusa i3

Thanks to @JasperHope for the initial creation, I really like the hotend blower, hence I spend time to learn CAD in order to modify his creation.
