iPhone 5 Desk Dock for phone with case

This is a remixed version of bmicallef's iPhone 5 dock to use in combination with a case/bumper, which adds 1mm to the size of the phone in all six dimensions. The design is 2mm wider, 2mm deeper and the plug bays are set 1mm higher in order to still properly connect to the phone inside the case.
