Vertex K8400 Extruder upgrade to print all kinds of flexible : NinjaFlex, FilaFlex, 3DPremium, etc

I fixed the files and removed some Blocks that were just hanging around because it was just unprintable like this. I somehow can't slice the "direct-ext-v12" with Simplify3D, but it works with Cura

EDIT: I added a file to clamp the e3d v6 more tightly, so it doesn't wiggle anymore. you can mount it with cable ties or drill holes for screws.
