The model provides 10" 1RU Rack ears to rack mount a Shuttle DH270 PC. The rack ears can be used for similar Shuttle PCs of the same dimensions, as multiple shuttle PCs share the same chassis. I recommend printing the rack ears in PETG-CF to provide heat resistance with the added stiffness from the CF. As the shuttle PCs can be quite weighty, I have added optional rear rack ears to support the PC. The length of rear rack ears was designed to suite LAB RAX, but may work on other 10" rack designs. The front rack ears are attached with M3 Machine Screws to the two vertical mounting holes. Any length from 8 to 12mm should be suitable. The rear rack ears are mounted with the same screws to the top of the chassis.
