2.5 HDD Enclosure

a smart enclosure for a laptop hard drive. turn your old 2.5" HDD into a portable Mass storage device. I have included a cable stow. it attaches by wrapping a hair band in the end notches.

I bought some cheap electronics (link below) to interface to the Laptop HDD and made a nice case for it.

you may or may not want a small half elipse spring to stop the hdd from rattling. I have made a few of these and one HDD did and one did not like it.

(it's important to get this one as the PCB fits perfectly with this design (iteration 125))
