2.5 inch blast gate

This is a 2½" female to female blast gate for use with dust collection. The blast gates I had bought from Woodcraft weren't usable with standard 2½ hose connectors without wrapping with duct tape to prevent them falling out, and every several weeks it was necessary to remove the blast gates and use a bent wire to dig trapped dust out of the blast gate recesses in order to fully close the gate.

The gate I am posting accepts standard 2½" dust connectors, and the gate slides completely through the encasing assembly so there are no recesses to trap dust and prevent operation. It is held together with either M5 or #10 bolts.

No support is needed in printing.
